[Update: 6:31 PM] NWS short term forecast says gusty east winds 25 to 35 mph with isolated gusts to 45 mph generated from thunderstorms will over-spread the Phoenix area through 7:30 PM. Dust with visibilities under one mile is possible. Gusty winds will be followed by a chance of thunderstorms.
