Grand Canyon North Rim: -5 F (Old record of -4 set in 1978)
Kitt Peak: 12 F (Old record of 16 set in 1972)
Payson: 8 F (Tied old record of 8 set in 1966)
Picacho Peak: 27 F (Old record of 29 set in 1988)
The weather service says these records are preliminary pending official reports.
