Sunrise Park Resort opens at 9 a.m. today with a reported 18 to 20 inches of new snow. The ski area says all of Sunrise Mountain will be open. Apache and Cyclone will open soon.
Show Low Regional Airport at 4:50 a.m. MST is reporting light snow and a current temperature of 28 degrees (F).
The National Weather Service in Flagstaff says snow showers likely today. High near 27. Wind chill values as low as -1. West wind between 11 and 15 mph. Gusts up to 22 mph.
The Sunrise Park Resort is owned and operated by the White Mountain Apache Tribe.
