The road to Sunrise Ski Resort is still closed. The road was supposed to open at 4 pm tonight. That did not happen. At this time no estimate when Highway 260 to the ski resort will open.
You can get to Show Low, and Pinetop from Phoenix. If you want to go to Greer you have to take a major detour thru Springerville.
Winter conditions make travel through Arizona's highway 260 dangerous. Heavy winds and snowfall will cause travel difficulties.
Update: Highway 260 and the road to Sunrise Ski Resort is now open.
