National Weather Service in Flagstaff says a low pressure system moving across the Great Basin produced strong and gusty winds across much of Northern Arizona today.

Some of the peak wind gusts observed include:

Flagstaff: 54 MPH
Window Rock: 46 MPH
Grand Canyon: 43 MPH
Winslow: 41 MPH
Saint Johns: 40 MPH
Prescott: 38 MPH
Page: 24 MPH
