Tornado: NWS trained spotter reports power flashes. Power is out everywhere in Byram. Lots of debris. Buildings damaged. Trucks jack-knifed and trees and billboards down. Spotter estimated 70 mph winds. Byram Damage: Several signs blow down in Byram. Power poles blown over. A wall of a business collapsed. Broadcast media is reporting that Interstate 55 near Byram is closed and traffic is being diverted around that area.
